Hot and sweet!
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skin on 1 red jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded & chopped 1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/4 tsp. salt
Puree jalapeno with honey and salt in a blender. Rub mixture on chicken then cover and refrigerate 1 hour if possible. Grill chicken over medium heat, cooking and turning until skin is browned, crisp and juices run clear. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with grilled vegetables and rice.
