1/2 of a 30-ounce can plums (about 9 plums), drained, pitted and pureed 1/4 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes to blend flavors. Brush on chicken during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, reheat and pass remaining sauce.
Makes about 1 cup sauce.
