In a large bowl, combine 2 rinsed, cored and chopped tart apples (Granny Smith, Jonathan, Braeburn, etc.), 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, 1/4 cup caramel bits; set aside.
In a 1-cup glass measure, whisk together ½ cup light salad dressing (Miracle Whip recommended), 3 tablespoons Burleson's Pure Honey, 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1/8 teaspoon.
Pour over apple mixture; stir gently to coat. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
