2 c. warm mashed sweet potatoes 2 tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey ¼ tsp. salt 1 tbs. light brown sugar 2 tbs. butter ½ c. milk 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Blend together sweet potatoes, honey, salt, brown sugar, butter and milk. Place into buttered 1-quart casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350°F. until browned.
