Honeyed Summer Fruit Cups

Nutritionists recommend eating 4 to 5 servings of fresh fruit every day.

1/3 cup Burleson's Pure Honey Spread
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
6 fresh mint leaves, finely snipped (optional)
2 cups cantaloupe cubes
or balls 2 cups green seedless grapes
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or 1 8-oz can pineapple chunks)

In small bowl, whisk together honey and lemonade. Stir in mint leaves; set aside. In large serving bowl, combine cantaloupe, grapes, blueberries and pineapple. Pour honey mixture over and stir gently to coat.

Makes 8 servings.
