1 quart milk 1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1 cinnamon stick 1/4 c. powdered cocoa Pinch of salt
Heat milk and cinnamon in a saucepan over low heat until completely heated through. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick. Remove 1/2 cup of hot milk to a mug and mix with cocoa and salt. Return the cocoa mixture to the saucepan with the remaining milk and on a low heat, slowly heat the milk as you stir in the honey.
Serves 4.
