1-1/2 lbs. flank steak 1/4 c. Burleson's Dark Honey 1/2 c. dry white wine or water 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 green onions, chopped 2 Tbs. sesame oil 1 Tbs. fresh ginger, grated 1 clove garlic, minced Chives (optional)
Combine honey, wine, soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in large baking dish. Add flank steak and marinate, covered and refrigerated, for 1 hour, turning once. Remove beef from marinade and discard marinade. Grill over high heat or on top rack of oven broiler until meat is cooked (145 degrees Fahrenheit on meat thermometer for medium). Slice on a diagonal to serve. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
