4 c. melon cubes (peeled and seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew) 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1 1/2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/4 tsp. ground powdered ginger
Mix pineapple juice, honey and ginger and pour over melon cubes. Toss well and serve cold. (4 one cup servings, 89 calories each)
