1/4 cup raspberry vinegar or balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup Burleson's Pure Honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano, basil, or thyme 8 cups mixed salad greens
Combine vinegar, honey, oil, and herbs in small and mix well. To serve, drizzle 2-3 tablespoons honey-vinaigrette mixture over greens. Toss to coat. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
