4 ripe bananas, peeled and halved into two shorter tails 1½ c. chopped toasted almonds or graham cracker crumbs ½ c. Burleson's Pure Honey, right from the bottle 8 popsicle sticks
Spread almonds or crumbs onto a large flat plate. Place a popsicle stick in the cut end of each of the banana halves. Hold each banana over a bowl as you drizzle honey over it. Smooth the honey onto the banana to coat it on all sides. Roll the banana in the nuts or crumbs, pressing gently to coat it evenly. Place the coated tails on waxed paper to rest as you complete all the tails.
Serve immediately or chill in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
