1 lb. egg noodles 6 tablespoons melted butter, divided 6 eggs, beaten ½ cup Burleson's Pure Honey 1 cup raisins 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped (optional) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 X 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
In large stock pot, cook noodles in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain; rinse with cold water and pour pasta back in stock pot. Add 4 tablespoons butter; stir to coat. Add eggs, honey, raisins, apple and cinnamon; stir well. Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons butter over top. Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
