8 lamb rib chops 2 Tbs. olive oil 1/2 c. prepared orange juice 2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 2 tsp. salt 2 Tbs. cornstarch 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
Brown lamb chops in oil and drain well. Place in slow cooker. Combine orange juice, honey, salt, cornstarch and grated orange peel. Brush browned lamb chops with orange mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours. For a thicker sauce, remove the chops before serving and keep warm. Pour sauce into saucepan on high heat and stir in a mixture of 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 1/4 c. water. Stir until the sauce is thick and transparent.
