3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice 3 tablespoons coconut cream 2 tablespoons (1oz.) white rum (or to taste) 1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey 1 to 2 cups ice cubes
Pour pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum and honey in blender container; pulse until frothy. Add ice; pulse until smooth and slushy (about 30 seconds). Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
