1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/2 c. prepared pizza sauce 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained 1 Tbs. vinegar 1 c. pre-cooked popcorn shrimp, thawed 1 c. Italian pizza cheese blend 1 large prepared pizza shell (Boboli) 1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced 2 Tbs. chopped, fresh cilantro
Combine honey, pizza sauce, pineapple and vinegar. In a small skillet, lightly sauté shrimp and set aside. Spread sauce over pizza shell and scatter shrimp over pizza. Top with cheese. Bake at 500 degrees Fahrenheit until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and onion. Cut into 6 wedges. Makes 6 servings.
