Plymouth Rock Salmon

A dish almost every little Pilgrim loves!

4 4-oz. salmon fillets, skinless
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a medium bowl, combine honey, cranberry sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper. Place salmon on lightly greased baking sheet. Spread honey/cranberry mixture over top of fillets and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
