8 center cut pork chops 1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. catsup 2 Tbs. rosemary leaves Salt & pepper to taste
Place pork chops in a single layer in a 13" X 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Mix soy sauce, ketchup and honey and pour over chops. Roast at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. for 2-1/2 hours, basting every 30 minutes or so. Serve topped with remaining sauce.
