1 c. applesauce 2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 3 large sweet potatoes, sliced 2 lb. pork cutlets 1 can whole cranberry sauce Salt and pepper to taste 3-1/2 quart or larger slow cooker/crock pot
Pour applesauce in pot. Layer on the sweet potato slices, then the honey, then the pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cranberry sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
