You'll score with the crowd when you serve this great-tasting side dish!
Honey-Lime Dressing: 1/2 cup fresh lime juice or juice of 2 limes 2/3 cup Burleson’s Pure Clover Honey 2 teaspoons poppy seeds 3 cups quartered fresh strawberries* (1 1/2 pints) 2 bananas, peeled and sliced 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained 6 cups cooked rotini** pasta, chilled
In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey and poppy seeds; refrigerate until ready to use. Right before serving (or heading out for the game), combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over the fruit and pasta; stirring gently to coat. Garnish, if desired.
Makes 12 servings.
*If strawberries are not available, substitute 1 large can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained.
**For extra fun, use football-shaped pasta, if available.
