6 baking apples (Jonathan)
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. boiling water
Core and peel apples, leaving about 1/4 of the peel on the bottom of the apples. Place apples in a 13" X 9" baking dish. Fill centers of apples with raisins. Combine honey, water, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg and pour over apples. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degrees Fahrenheit. oven 10 - 15 minutes.
