8 center-cut thick boneless pork chops 1/4 c. Burleson's Dark Honey 1 egg 1/2 c. sesame oil 1 c. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbs. A-1 Sauce 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Arrange pork in 9x13x2-inch baking pan. In small bowl, beat egg; add oil and beat again. Stir in honey, vinegar, honey, A-1 Sauce, salt and pepper. Using fiber brush, baste chops with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes or until tender, turning and basting every 15 minutes. Spread with any remaining sauce during last 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
