3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. walnuts, ground
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl, mix honey and butter. Add in dry ingredients and blend well. Fold in nuts. Turn into greased 8" x 13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
Grated rind of 1/2 lime
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. When cool, cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
