1 beef flank steak (1 ½ to 2 lb.) 1 can (6 oz.) pineapple juice
¼ cup Burleson’s Pure Honey
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Place beef in a resealable plastic bag; set aside. In 1-cup glass measure, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Seal bag; marinate in the refrigerator for 10 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. When ready to cook and serve, preheat grill to 400º F. for 10 minutes. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place on grill. Cover; and cook for 5 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness of beef or until internal temperature reaches 145º F. for (medium rare) or 160º F. (medium). Makes 6 to 8 servings. This recipe can easily be doubled.
