1 tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 2 c. apple cider ½ tart apple, peeled and cut into chunks ¾ c. nonfat yogurt, plain
Combine honey, apple and cider in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat and stir occasionally until liquid is reduced to 1/3 cup. Cool completely, then fold into yogurt.
Use to top baked apples, stewed fruits or stir into oatmeal.
