2 tablespoons Burleson's Pure Honey 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon chili flakes 4 4-oz. black sea bass fillets 2 teaspoons olive oil Salt to taste
In small bowl, combine honey, vinegar and chili flakes; set aside. Brush sea bass with olive oil; season with salt. Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400° F.). Carefully brush grill lightly with oil. Place sea bass on hot grill; cover and cook for 2 minutes; turn and cook 2 minutes longer.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400° F. Remove sea bass from grill; place on baking pan; brush with honey-vinegar mixture. Bake for 6 minutes or until fish flakes, brushing with additional honey mixture every 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
