4 Tbs. butter 8 ounces Rotini or small shell pasta, cooked and drained 1-1/2 c. ricotta cheese 4 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
Melt butter in a skillet. Add pasta and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pasta is browned. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and honey and mix well. Makes 6-8 servings as a side dish or 4-6 servings as main dish.
