Serve this chicken with a green salad, steamed rice and glazed carrots for a romantic dinner.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 breast halves) 2 tablespoons Burleson's Clover Honey
2 tablespoons plum jelly
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon canola oil 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Place chicken breasts in 1-gallon-size resealable plastic bag; set aside. In 1-cup glass measure, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; place in greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Makes 2 to 4 servings. (You can reserve two servings by freezing and baking for another meal.)
