¼ cup Burleson’s Pure Honey ¼ cup red wine vinegar ¼ cup canola oil ¼ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons water ½ teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
2 bags (5 oz. each) mixed baby lettuces 1/2 cup red onions wedges 1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans or Gourmet Honey-Roasted Pecans ¼ cup gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles
In a 1-cup glass measure, measure and whisk together vinaigrette; set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine greens, onions and pecans. Pour just enough vinaigrette over greens to coat lettuce; stir gently. Top with cheese crumbles. Makes 10 servings. (Extra vinaigrette will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.)
