6 - 8 lb. seedless watermelon 2 c. cold water 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice 1 - 2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey (or more to taste) Lime slices and mint leaves as garnish
Cut watermelon flesh from rind and cut into 2-inch pieces. Process half the watermelon with half the water until smooth. Pour through a strainer into a pitcher, then repeat the process with the other half of the melon and water. Stir in lime juice and honey to taste. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish before serving. Makes 8 servings. (approximately 160 calories, 0 fat, 2 g. protein, 54 g. carbohydrate, 4 g. fiber, 0 cholesterol, 20 mg. sodium)
