2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into long strips 1 c. Burleson's Dark Honey 1 stick butter, melted 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. Southern Comfort Juice of 1 lime 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well (except chicken). Then add chicken strips and allow to marinate for 1 hour. Grill chicken strips over medium heat until cooked, or lightly browned on each side. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Serve with Whisky Sauce or other honey-based dipping sauce.
