Make sure you have a White Christmas - serve this creamy new pecan pie!)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped until stiff peaks form 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine 1/2 cup Burleson's Clover Honey 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 to 1-1/2 cups Sunshine Country Pecan Halves, toasted*
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla and the lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Microwave butter in microwave-safe 4-cup measure until melted. Stir in Burleson's Honey and 1/4 cup cream. Microwave on High 1 minute; stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Place Sunshine Country Pecan Halves decoratively on top of pie; drizzle half of hte sauce over pecans. Serve with remaining sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
* To toast pecans, place pecans in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring once. Cool.
