2 slabs pork ribs (St. Louis cut)
For the Marinade: 5 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 3 Tbs. sesame oil 2 Tbs. soy sauce 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger 2 Tbs. minced fresh garlic 1 Tbs. rice vinegar 1 tsp. dried chili flakes
Mix all marinade ingredients. Place the ribs in a large container and cover with the marinade. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Place ribs in a roasting pan and roast in oven for 2 hours, turning the ribs every 30 minutes.
Option: Broil ribs 3 – 4 minutes just prior to serving.
