4 4-oz. salmon fillets 1 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. chili powder Salt
In a small bowl, combine honey, vinegar and chili powder. Place salmon on lightly greased baking sheet and season with salt. Spread honey mixture over top of fillets and roast at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
