1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1-1/2 cups catsup 1/4 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
In small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook and stir onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes to blend flavors. Brush on beef, chicken or pork during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, reheat and pass remaining sauce.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups sauce.
