Roasted Carrots with Honey and Cumin

Ingredients:

1 lb. package baby carrots
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
Kosher salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheight. Whisk together honey, olive oil, and cumin. In a large bowl, toss carrots with honey mixture. Place carrots in a single layer on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Roast in middle of oven 30 minutes or until carrots begin to brown at the edges. Sprinkle with salt before serving. Makes 2 servings
