Ingredients:

2 soft white or whole wheat flour tortillas
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
1/3 c. dried cranberries
2 medium ripe bananas, peeled

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight. In a small bowl, mix together honey, peanut butter and cranberries until well blended. Spread mixture over tortillas to within 1/2-inch of edges. Place a banana on each tortilla and roll up. Wrap aluminum foil around rolled tortilla, sealing all edges well. Place on baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
